1- I am going to start WW again on Monday. I've taken the past month off (and luckily have kept the 15 lbs off), and it's time for me to get started again. I've got another 5-10 lbs to lose before I'm going to feel comfortable in a bathing suit on the cruise in March. Goodbye valentine colored M&M jar on my colleague's desk.
2- My half-marathon training starts on Monday (going right along with WW). I've taken the past 2-3 weeks off and am ready to start hard-core training. I've got a goal to make this my best half-marathon yet, and it all starts with the training.
I heard a thought last Sunday that really hit home with me, and I think it applies well to both of these things. Some things in life are like walking up a down escalator. What happens if you stop walking up the stairs?

Cheers to half marathon training! :) aaaand um, can it also get just a Little bit warmer in this area so that I can look forward to Pleasant outdoor long run?? that'd be wonderful. and much more motivating!
