My New Training Tool

I've started a new blog in addition to this one to track my progress as I get back in shape this summer. Everyone says it's great to actually keep a written record of things, so that's what the blog is for. I really did it to save you from all the boring details as I try to start running again and eating better. That blog is in no way going to replace this one; I still plan to post here just as regular as I do now, so no fear. I'm not going anywhere- just splitting myself in two. Feel free to read both or just stick with this one. Now off to make the first step to getting back in shape- signing up for a race.

P.S. Please don't judge the default blog design. I know it's boring, and I'm working on it. I just wanted to get it up and running quickly. I'll work on the design soon, and it will be as cute as this one. I promise. There will not be a picture of me running on it.

and if you ever want to go running? let me know! I'm a bit slow but...but when i run with others i tend to pick up the pace :)

Good idea, my friend Barb did that (with the blog) and is down to a size six from a 18. She also recorded everything she ate. I think it really helped with the accountability bit.

So I totally had decided to do this today then I read that you are!! Cool cool!! I'm posting the boring details on my normal blog though, I can't keep up w/2.

I've been wanting a cool blog design for forever but I just haven't gotten around to it..someday!
