Thursday Thirteen #28: Question & Answer Game

Last night we had a birthday party for one of my friends with just the girls. One of the games we played was called "Majority Rules," and it turned out actually pretty fun. Here's how the game works:

1. Come up with a list of 10-15 questions (or however many you want really) that have a specific answer (see examples below).
2. Give everyone a piece of paper and pen and have them write their name on the paper. (This can also be done in small groups).
   
3. Ask each question and have everyone write down their answers on their paper. Explain that they are not writing down they're actual answer, they are trying to answer what the majority will answer. You only score points if you match the majority.
4. When you're done asking questions, collect everyone's papers and let them mingle while you count the answers.
   
5. Look over the papers and choose the answer for each question that was answered the most times- the majority.
   
6. Get everyone back together and hand the papers back out.
   
7. Tell each person they get a point if their answer matches the majority answer. Go through the questions and majority answer one by one.
   
8. Everyone adds up their own points; the person with the most points is the winner.

I gave out a cute prize package (thank you sales) to the person with the most points. What do you think we answered? I'll post our majority rules answers at 9:00 AM Friday morning.
